How long does it take for Papierdoll Factory Ship?
Orders placed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Ground expect your package to arrive in 3-5 business days.
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Does Papierdoll Factory accept returns or exchanges?
We want you to be happy with each and every PDF product! We offer easy exchanges or gift cards for damaged products.
To be eligible for an exchange, products must be new, unused, and in their original packaging. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, we will replace the product. Please contact us within 3 days of receipt of your purchase to request a replacement at inquires@papierdollfactory.com.
